RETURN POLICY
Because great cigars and great service should always go hand-in-hand.
Need help? Email us anytime at brianm@lakeviewcigars.com. We will do our best to answer within one business day.
If Something’s Not Right
Let us know within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or just not
what you expected. We’ll replace the item, issue store credit, or refund your
purchase—whatever gets you back to enjoying your smoke fastest.
Change of Heart
You’re welcome to return items that are undamaged and correct. Here’s how it works:
1. Email us for a quick return authorization.
2. Re-pack it exactly as you received it—unopened, with tags, and the original
humidity pack in place.
3. Ship it back using your preferred carrier; you cover return shipping.
Once we receive the cigars in sellable condition, we’ll process a refund to your original
payment method.
A Few Ground Rules
Returns requested after 7 days of delivery or items received in less-than-original
condition may be declined.
Lakeview Cigars LLC. reserves the right to refuse a refund if the cigars arrive
damaged, unsealed, or missing their humidity pack.
