Sarto is named for the tailor's craft, and the blend is built the same way — Nicaraguan Corojo 99 over Nicaraguan filler, fitted rather than assembled. It runs from a Robusto up to a 7-inch Double Corona.
Cedar and cream early, then a growing cocoa and pepper through the middle. The Double Corona is the one that shows what the blend can do when it has room to develop.
