Espiritu is the Nicaraguan Trinidad, made at the AJ Fernandez factory rather than the Dominican operation the brand started with. Four sizes, all fuller than the classic line.
Black pepper, espresso and a dark cocoa core, with an oily wrapper and a thick smoke. It is a considerable departure from what the Trinidad name used to mean, and a good one.
