Some cigars let you know they're going to excellent at first glance. Perla del Mar Maduro is firmly in that camp. The Perla del Mar Maduro is, you guessed it, a maduro-wrapped successor to the 90-rated, Connecticut-wrapped Perla del Mar. Originally manufactured in Cuba, the Perla del Mar brand now lives in the same factory that produces Brick House and El Baton.

Handmade in Nicaragua, Perla del Mar Maduro bursts onto the scene with a thick and dark-chocolate colored wrapped that'll immediately have you thinking of a king-size chocolate bar. Under the expertly applied wrapper, you'll find Nicaraguan binder and long-fillers from three different growing regions. Working together in perfect balance, the tobaccos here deliver, and they deliver big. Bursts of spice, coffee, dark chocolate, and a creamy-smooth core dance on the palate. J.C. Newman makes some of the best cigars in the industry, and Perla del Mar Maduro is primed to enter that conversation.  
Note: Perla del Mar Maduro has recently received a packaging update. We currently have a mix of old and new packaging, so you may receive either.
