Nick Perdomo marked twenty years of cigar making with this Connecticut, and it is a good illustration of what the factory does well — a golden, silky Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper over Nicaraguan tobacco, aged and then finished in bourbon barrels.

Mellow to medium, and unusually creamy for a Nicaraguan-cored cigar. Almond, sweet cedar and a soft bakery note. Six vitolas, from a 6.5-inch corona grande up to a Churchill, so there is a size here for however long you have.

Wrapper: Ecuadorian Connecticut
Binder: Nicaraguan
Filler: Nicaraguan long-filler
Strength: Mellow to medium
Sizes: Corona Grande (6.5" x 48), Robusto (5.0" x 56), Epicure (6.0" x 56), Torpedo (6.5" x 54), Gordo (6.0" x 60), Churchill (7.0" x 56)

A reliable morning cigar, and one of the better-value Connecticuts on the shelf.
