Abe Flores built the 1878 Café line as an offshoot of the original PDR 1878, with a subtle coffee note worked into the blend rather than sprayed onto it. This is the natural Connecticut expression — the lightest of the range.
It does what it says. Mild, smooth, with a light roasted sweetness that genuinely does sit well next to a cup of coffee. Three sizes, none of them demanding. A gentle cigar without being a boring one.
