The original Fonseca did well enough under the García family that a variation was inevitable. This one puts a Mexican San Andrés wrapper on it.
Sweet and spicy in a way the original is not — dark chocolate and pepper from the San Andrés, over the same clean Nicaraguan core. Four sizes, robusto through to a six by sixty toro gordo.
