Pepín García is known as the full-bodied master, which makes a Connecticut an interesting departure — though it is still recognisably his work underneath.
Mellower than the rest of the range, but with the pepper and structure the family cannot help putting in. Cream and cedar up front with a spiced finish. Robusto, toro or a six by sixty toro gordo.
