H. Upmann traces back to 1844, when two German bankers went to Cuba intending to make the perfect cigar. The 1844 Reserve is the modern Dominican line that carries the date.
Smooth and flavourful, with cedar, a light sweetness and the consistency that has kept the brand on shelves for a century and a half. Sizes run from a 5.2-inch demitasse in boxes of sixty up to a toro.
