Tobacco from the 2004 crop, held back and aged before rolling. Twenty years of rest changes a Connecticut wrapper considerably — the harshness is gone entirely and the sweetness has concentrated.
Cream, honey and toasted bread, exceptionally smooth, with a finish that fades slowly instead of dropping off. Aged tobacco at this price does not come along often.
